Characteristics of the Electronic Office of the Ministry of Labour and Social Economy:
All actions, procedures and services requiring the authentication of citizens or the Public Administration in their relations with them by electronic means shall be carried out through the Electronic Office of the Ministry of Labour and Social Economy, as well as those whose inclusion in the office has been decided for reasons of efficiency and quality in the provision of services to citizens.
The ownership of the electronic office shall be held by the Undersecretary of the Department.
The technology management of the office will be the responsibility of the General Sub-directorate for Information and Communication Technologies.
The management, content and services made available to citizens at the office shall be responsible for the management, content and services made available to citizens at headquarters by the heads of the Department, and where appropriate for the agencies incorporated into the headquarters. Responsibility will correspond to the powers that each of the holders has attributed by the legislation in force.
The management of the common contents of the headquarters and coordination with the management centres of the Department and the agencies incorporated into the headquarters will be the responsibility of the Minister's Office of Communication, which will exercise it through the Directorate-General for Services.
