The official date and time is provided by the headquarters atthe time of loading this page. It is necessary to click on the "Update" button to obtain a new load of theofficial time of the electronic office.
Article 26.1 of Law 11/2007 of 22 June, on citizens' electronic access to publicservices states: "electronic records shall be governed by thecalculation of the time limits attributable to both theinterested parties and the Public Administrations by theofficial date and time of the electronic office of access,which must have the necessary security measures in order toensure its integrity and be visible".
Likewise, Article 6.2 (j) of Royal Decree 1671/2009 of 6 November, which partially implements the Act,establishes that electronic offices shall indicate theofficial date and time for the purposes provided for inArticle 26.1 of Law 11/2007, of 22 June.
Lastly, article 15.2 of Royal Decree 4/2010, of 8 January, regulating the NationalInteroperability Scheme in the field of electronicadministration states that the synchronization of the date andtime will be carried out with the Royal Institute andObservatory of the Navy, in accordance with the provisions ofthe legal time in the Royal Decree 1308/1992, of 23 October.
