In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data), it is reported that personal data, provided through the forms provided on the portals of the Ministry of Labour and Social Economy and its associated electronic offices, will be treated in accordance with the regulations in force for each Processing Activity whose characteristics are included in accordance with article 30 of the Regulations itself in the Register of Processing Activities of the Ministry Labour and Social Economy.

The legitimacy of the processing may be based on the consent of the persons concerned and/or compliance with a legal obligation, or any of the other causes assessed in article 6 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data. The Ministry of Labour and Social Economy undertakes to maintain the utmost secrecy and confidentiality of the information provided to it and to use it only for the purposes established for each processing.

The data will be collected through the corresponding forms, which will contain only the fields necessary for the processing of the benefits or services requested, and will be kept for the time required to provide the services, based on the current legislation, with regard to the limitation of liability. It is up to the data subject to update their own data; the Ministry of Labour and Social Economy will not be liable for its inaccuracy unless any changes that may have occurred are communicated.

You may exercise, under the terms established in the Regulation itself, your rights of access, rectification, deletion, data portability, limitation and opposition to processing, as well as not to be the subject of decisions based solely on the automated processing of your data including profiling before the body responsible for the processing.
